Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel last year was beautiful. The rooms included a floor-to-ceiling cabinet with silverware, refrigerator, and microwave, but unfortunately, my room wasn't ready at the time they told me for check-in.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and equipped with double vanities, separate WC, small refrigerators, and microwave ovens, making them very comfortable and welcoming. The service was outstanding, with the staff being fabulous, especially Josh at the Bell Desk. The location was great, right in the Deer Valley Ski Village, next to the Goldener Hirsch and Stein Ericksen Lodge, offering easy access to various restaurants and attractions. The dining experience was delicious, although I missed having decaf Black tea. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall experience.
The hotel was like a bomb shelter turned into a dirty room, but it was a great set up for a couple with ready access to outdoor pool and hot tubs. The service was outstanding, but missing a night due to bad weather without reimbursement was a downside. The location was good, as a short walk to the lifts and right across from the slopes, but the wifi quality for Netflix and YouTube was poor. The dining experience was delicious and complementary, giving a rating of 10. The facilities were top-notch, making the stay enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, but there was a slight issue with smoke wafting up into the room. The service was exceptional, especially when we arrived late at 10 at night. The location was fantastic, nestled in the mountains of Park City, perfect for hikers and mountain bikers. The dining options were excellent, offering a variety of dishes, though some amenities like the towel warmer and air humidifier had minor issues.
My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The location is convenient with a good selection of nearby restaurants. While the rooms were cozy and had a nice view of the courtyard, there were some cleanliness issues that stood out. The service was excellent, offering various helpful amenities for a pleasant stay.
